RENTAL CONDITIONS:
At least 1 year contract
Note: If the Tenant leaves before the termination date fixed in the contract, the Tenant is responsible to pay the rent after leaving through the end of the lease term.
After 1 year, the Tenant shall provide the Landlord with at least 3 month prior notice by written to terminate the lease.
Security Deposit amount: 13,000 THB
The security deposit is due upon signing date of the rental contract. Deposit will be returned at the end of the contract. In the event of damage to the apartment, the Landlord may use funds from the deposit but is not limited to this fund and the Tenant remains liable.
