Watch the ICONSIAM fireworks from your living room.
Chapter Charoennakhon-Riverside · 2 bed 2 bath · 79 sqm · 42nd floor
For rent: THB 69,000/month, 1-year contract
For sale: THB 18,000,000
If you have ever sat at a rooftop bar and thought the view at home was better,
this is that apartment.
Why this unit is hard to find
Recessed ceiling air conditioning, nothing mounted on the walls
High enough at 42 that road noise is gone, still low enough to watch the boats
Wide floor plan, so the living room and the bedroom both get the view
Glass runs the full 3 metres, so one pull of the curtain gives you the whole wall
Fully furnished, nothing to buy
Full kitchen island, a kitchen you will actually cook in
Washer, dryer, microwave, water heater
43" QLED TV in the bedroom
65" QLED TV with home theatre system in the living area
Built-in furniture throughout with generous storage
Transport and building facilities
BTS Krung Thon Buri, then Sathorn and Silom in minutes. Free project shuttle van
Facilities: pool, onsen, fitness, basketball court, co-kitchen, co-working space
Private project boat across the river, so you skip the traffic altogether
Walking distance to ICONSIAM for the mall, supermarket and restaurants
Message me here if you would like to see it. Weekdays or weekends both work.
